The service
As a CSR, you are responsible for providing the customer with the best possible service. The role is varied and involves many contacts both externally and internally. You will work in our CRM and ERP system, Oracle.

Your profile
You are committed, structured and driven and have a great interest in technology. At Benzlers, the customer is the focus, and we value teamwork to achieve our common goals together. The position involves many contact points internally and externally, which requires high social competence and the ability to build professional long-term relationships. You are self-motivated and want to do that little extra that is sometimes required to satisfy our customers' wishes.

You have technical training and a few years of experience in similar tasks. Experience in mechanical transmission or a similar industry is a strong merit.

Competency requirements:

• Secondary school education in Technology/Technical industry or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience in business systems, if you have experience in Oracle, this is a plus
• B driver's license

Meritorious:
Experience in the transmission industry

We offer an opportunity as our new service salesperson to be involved in an exciting work to expand our service operations in Sweden.

Based on our business plan, with the help of our internal resources and our external service partners, you will actively participate in and further develop an efficient and commercial service operation. This requires regular contact with our customers and your colleagues and means that travel is a natural part of your everyday life.

To succeed in this role, we want you to have some form of technical education and 1-2 years of experience in sales of service, preferably in industry.

We see that there is both an entrepreneur and a salesperson within you. We place great value on you being a driven and outgoing and committed person. We also place great importance on your technical understanding and problem solving. You must have good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
